Image uploads to Rise - Color issue
Hello everyone. Has anyone else experienced the following? I am uploading 10 individual images throughout a Rise lesson that include a red call out border and a numbered icon that is teal in color. 50% of the images come through perfectly. The other 50% have the red call out box but the icon is gray, not teal. Any ideas what would cause the numbered icon to change from teal to gray after the upload to Rise? The red call out box came through, so it doesn't appear to be a black & white, versus color image issue. Thank you for your help.
Rise compresses the images you upload, which could contribute to the issues you are having.
Just add _NOPROCESS_ to the name of your image file to avoid the compression. The images will upload and display exactly as you saved it.
