Assuming you are using that first image you are providing, I don't see any dashed line when inserted into Rise. How are you transferring the image to Rise?

    Thank you for your reply. I used the Image Centered Block and then changed the photo.

      Hi Iris,
      I uploaded your image to a new Rise 360 using an Image Centered Block and this is how it appeared. 

      Can you please try reuploading the image, or using a different browser to see if this changes anything? If the issue persists on other browsers, open a case with our support team here so we can take a closer look at what's happening.

        Thank you for your help. I reuploaded your image, and it looks good (no dashed line). However, there is no change when using a different browser—I still see the dashed line
