Does this work still? Maybe I'm not using it correctly. I don't see any improvement to the image. Does it matter if it's at the beginning or the end of the file name? Thank You!
Hi Sherry! You'll need to add _NOPROCESS_ at the end of the filename. If your filename is sample.png, it should be sample_NOPROCESS_.png after renaming. If you're still having trouble, would you mind sharing your file here so we can do some tests? Thanks!
