Images Appear Blurry When Uploaded to Rise

I'm a new user in Articulate Rise 360 and I've been developing few training courses. What I've observed is images appear blurry and pixellated when uploaded to Rise. When I take screenshots fr...
Just stumbled across this! It helps a bit, but I find when I have smaller screenshots, they blur in Rise. Larger or full page screenshots look good.
Does anyone have any tips that doesn't involve using Adobe tools?
