Hi Dianne! Sorry to hear that your image still remains blurry despite adding _NOPROCESS_ at the end of the filename. Please open a case with us so that one of our technical support engineers can assist you.
Hi Hazel. This is an ongoing issue for me. I opened a ticket but was just told this _NOPROCESS_ solution and it doesn’t help very much. are there any other alternatives?
