Images with Animations Flickering
Does anyone know why some images or text boxes that have fade animations applied are flickering slightly as they fade out? Not sure why some images are doing this in an animation and others are not. ...
I've been experiencing the flicker too, affecting the last couple updates of Storyline. However, I was able to narrow down the trigger and recreate predictably.

In the meantime, if you want to attempt a manual fix, ensure that the end of any exit animations does not align with the start of an audio track (text to speech or sound file).
Can confirm. Moved the shape on my timeline a frame earlier than the audio started and flicker disappeared!
