Great question! What I'd do is import whatever assets you have into a new Storyline 360 project's media library. Then, I'd save that blank project with its media library assets as a template. The assets in the media library will import whenever you create a new project from that template, which in this case would just be a blank slide. You can access the media by going to Insert --> Picture --> Media Library. I hope that helps!
