Import Template for Questions

I need to create a quiz for a medication exam.  I am trying to use the template to import the questions.  We have many fill in the blank questions where the learner has to type in the correct answer....

    Hi SharrilynSchult​, you should be getting an error message that FIB questions don't need the asterisk. I updated it (double check the numbers!). When I imported, the error I got was that the SA question is a survey type and cannot have points or an answer, otherwise it looks like it imported. Check scene 2. The ' in front of numbers without the 0 for decimals worked too!

Hi. Do you want to share your file with us? I wasn't able to replicate the issue. I tested it with the attached and it worked. My only issue was the 5.0 changed to 5 in Excel and I didn't notice that so I have two correct "5" answer choices. I think that could be solved by using the '5.0 in Excel so it treats it like text. 

I can't seem to get the Excel file to upload. I'll try making a link or I can email it to you. It's the template from Articulate with just the one question.
