Imported audio to Storyline
I recorded audio using Audacity and saved it as a .mp3 file. When I import the audio into Storyline, a window appears stating that the audio format is not supported. I found this posted on Articulate website, but I have NO idea what that means! See below.
"If that happens, we recommend converting your audio files to 16 bit 44 kHz PCM WAV for the best results."
How do I do that? To be honest, I'm not even sure what I just read! Please help!!

when I export the .mp3 from Audacity it has these default settings which I don't change. I have no trouble importing into SL. Maybe try checking the settings
