Imported Camtasia mp4 videos not working as published
I have added Closed Captions to supplement the narration in my video using the Camtasia CC options. I published the CC to show up both on the video and under the video with some added space. Neither...

For the second option, how would I insert the CC when Camtasia exports as .srt or .smi, neither of which Rise accepts?

You can convert the .srt to .vtt
You could try changing the extension and see if that works. Otherwise there
are some conversion options online.
