Importing a PPT Presentation to Storyline360

Hi!

I'm having trouble importing a small (12 slide) PPT presentation. I've followed the tips in previous discussions, but nothing seems to work. I have no animation, no passwords, no security settings. The PPT is closed when I try to import. I receive the "Articulate Storyline Error Report" window. I add a description, then click send. The Insert Slides window looks like it's working but never displays the slides for me to add. 

I've also tried to import a presentation with only one slide (text only) and got the same results. 

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

    I do not work for Articulate, but I'll bet they need to know what version of PP you used and whether Storyline was freshly updated. Also, do you have any plugins in PowerPoint? Again, I don't work for the company, but in your shoes I'd try disabling any PowerPoint plugins.

    Thank you! I will check but I don't think I'm using any plugins... unless copilot is a plugin.. 🤨
