In Settings in Rise I cannot see Theme or Navigation editing buttons...

Hi, I cannot see theme and navigation editing buttons in Rise. I am using Chrome. Thanks for any suggestions.

You only see the Theme button if you're the Course Owner. 

Everyone else (like Course Managers) do not get to see it.
