The reply I recieved from Articulate Support.  After applying his suggestion my content now works!

Hi Laura,

Thanks for contacting Articulate Support.

I reviewed your project file and deleted the following trigger:

http://share.articulate.team/e1865b96b25c

This causes the "x" mark to appear on the retry button after you take a pretest and 1 post test. You should now be able to take the post test up to 3 times. You can download the updated project file here:

The links do not work to show the trigger in question here. Is there a way you could show a screenshot of the trigger being highlighted or an explanation of what was found at the links?
