incorrect answer on quiz to specific time in video to review

I am working on a project in articulate storyline.  I need to be able to provide a review if they get a quiz question wrong.   I need to setup course so they are sent back to review the material in the course on any on any question they get wrong.  Then they will need to answer the question again after the review and get it correct before moving on in the course or quiz.

The current course I am working on is a series of recordings I edited in Camtasia and moved to storyline.

Any thoughts on how I can make this happen.
