Sorry to hear that you ran into this snag.
Some if not most of the text-related issues in Storyline 360 courses are caused by problematic fonts. Based on the screenshots you shared, it seems you might be running into a related issue where the font used by your course isn't displaying the Spanish characters correctly. Have you tried replacing the font used by your course with a standard font like Arial to see if this fixes the problem?
If switching fonts doesn't help, please share a copy of your project file here or privately by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening. We'll delete it when we're done testing!
