Yes, we're aware of an issue where the score resets on resume if Question Bank is set as “When revisiting: Resume initial state”. We've shared this with our team as a possible software bug and I'll include this discussion in the report filed with our team.
In the meantime, the workaround shared was to place all the questions in one scene, use Flash or change the When revisiting state to "Automatically decide". Did you try that last one?
