Inferences made in US

Hi there, I see this in the terms

"If you’re using the EU data center, your AI Assistant requests may be performed in the US or EU, depending on the nature of the request."

We are based in Europe and for our AI and Security teams, no inferences should be made in US. Is there a way to switch off these?
