I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue and I'm happy to help troubleshoot. I have a few clarifying questions to start.
- Which LMS are you using?
- Have you tried testing your course in SCORM Cloud? If the course works correctly in SCORM cloud, then I suggest that you reach out to your LMS provider to troubleshoot the issue. They'll know how best to help with LMS-specific problems.
- If it doesn’t work in SCORM cloud, that indicates the issue lies within your project. I'd be happy to test it out if you upload it here or share it privately in a support case!
