Insert HTML5 file - error
I have loaded the file from a local computer, but the end-user see the CBT on iPad and it runs from the client private network. That is why we created a virtual web library (that the hyperlink will not break).

Essentially, you're viewing a local file on a computer that you can access using an iPad. In this case, the file is still hosted locally. Can you try uploading the course to a web server and then viewing the course on an iPad?
If it's crucial to have the course secured in an environment, I'd recommend working with your IT team to determine which web environment is the best for your organization.
