Introducing Annotated Screenshots in Review360
We've added Annotated Screenshots to Review 360, which improves how reviewers provide feedback to course authors.
This feature enables reviewers to add annotations directly onto screenshots of course content.
Reviewers can capture images while giving feedback and use various tools to mark them up—including text, boxes, lines, highlighting, and freehand drawing. Each annotated image connects to its related comment, making it easier for authors to understand exactly what needs changing.

I love this! I'm getting some feedback, however, that some of my reviewers are unable to use the feature when reviewing a course. They've told me that the screenshot is not showing up on their end. Has anyone else had issues with the tool?

Yes! Thank you! As a point of clarification, on the trash can icon hover text, currently says clear annotations, suggest changing to 'clear all annotations'. I clicked that icon after selecting a single annotation and everything was removed, not just the selected one.

JimKesterson JeremyKauffman2 Thank you both for your feedback! We've updated the delete experience to be more useful:
Individual objects can now be removed using the Clear/Delete icon. When no object is selected, then all annotations will be cleared. The icon switches between an eraser and trash can to indicate the intended action

Yes, it would be nice to be able to undo the last annotation and/or have an eraser tool to selectively remove individual annotations.

Big fan of this new feature! Before, we got feedback of our experts about the fact that it isn't that clear or easy to use if you have a lot of feedback and a longer Rise page. This new feature really adds value and makes it even more easy to provide feedback.
