iOS viewing compatibility
Hi,
I was wondering if anyone could shed any light on the viewing requirements for a Rise course exported to SCORM 2004 edition 4 on an iPad? Rise modules aren't loading when using an iPad on my learning system and are displaying a blank white screen.
The iPad is relatively old, so I was wondering if that's what causes the issue. Here are the details:
- iPad Air (1st gen)
- iOS 12.5.5
- Chrome version 91.0.4472.80
The same occurs when using Safari. Rise modules do work when using an iPad Air 2 with the latest iOS and Chrome software.

Yep I've seen that, but it's not exactly detailed. It would be great if minimum requirements were published rather than 'latest version'. I'm sure it works on more than just that...what they support vs what it actually works on is very different.
