ipad view

Hi   I have published a series of projects and all appear ok on windows/IOS..until view on a iPad Pro. The project was uploaded as a scorm package and when loaded on to an ipad I get a really sm...

Hi Marc,

Thanks for reaching out to us here! Are the iPads you're testing on running iOS 9? If so, Apple made some changes to the way apps launch in iOS 9, so your Articulate Storyline 2 courses may not launch in the Articulate Mobile Player as you'd expect. We added support for iOS 9 in Update 7 for Storyline 2. See this article for details on how to update your Storyline software and your published courses.

The Articulate Mobile Player is only available for iPad and Android tablets, so that would be why you weren't running into this issue on iMacs. If the option is checked for Articulate Mobile Player when publishing, it will automatically take you to the app (or prompt to download if not already installed) when the course is accessed on an iPad. After updating your software and published courses per the above article, they should launch in the mobile player. :)
