Hi Tom, I would be happy to help you get your Storyline 3 files on your iPad.
First, you will need to host the content on a web server. If you don't already have a web server available to you, Amazon S3 is a great, free option. Here's a video tutorial to help you get up and running! Google Cloud is another option, and here's a short video tutorial on that one. Make sure to upload all the files in the published output to the server for viewing.
Once you've hosted the content on your web server of choice, you can use the URL to open it on any device, including an iPad.
