Is articulate down today?

Checking our status page, I'm not seeing any downtime reported for any of the Articulate 360 products. Do you mind sharing more details about the issues you're running into?

I see that articulate has been able to open, but it's taking an usually
long time. When it finally does open, I'm not able to open the actual
course that I need to use to create new courses.
It keeps giving me an error message. (Please see the attached picture.)

Thanks for following up! Sorry to hear you've run into this setback!
I noticed that you've opened a support case, that's being handled by my teammate Amlan. To clarify, were you trying to access 360.articulate.com and Rise 360 when you ran into this issue? If so, I would recommend clearing your browser's cache, and confirming that you're using one of our supported browsers.
Also, it sounds like you were trying to attach a screenshot but it didn't come through. If you would like to try again, you can attach the error message by clicking the 'Add Attachment' button when typing a reply.
