Is Articulate Rise Down?

Is Articulate Rise down? It's been trying to load for the last 45 minutes or so. I've cleared my cache and switched browsers, but it's still "Loading."

Hi Team,

We are currently unable to access Rise and wanted to check if there's an issue with the site. Is it down at the moment? If so, do you have an estimated time for when we can expect to regain access?

    Rise 360 is currently having technical difficulties. Our engineers are working to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. I apologize for the disruption, and I'll let you know as soon as Rise 360 is fully operational again.
