Is Review down?
I am trying to publish in Review and it says "Something went wrong" and can't publish a new version of a course. Anyone experiencing this?

Yes, it is having problems. Go go https://www.articulatestatus.com/ and you can subscribe to receive emails when there are known issues.
Hi Articulate-Team,
Sorry to hear about the trouble! I can confirm what MelanieSobie-14 said.
Review 360 is currently having technical difficulties. Our engineers are working to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. I apologize for the disruption, and we'll let you know as soon as Review 360 is fully operational again.

I still get "out of memory" messages and my comments are deleted, when reviewing a course in Articulate Review. Is it still not resolved?
Hi gotti!
Happy to help!
The Review 360 outage has been resolved, and we're no longer seeing any down time for the platform. It's possible something else could be getting in the way, and I have some follow-up questions to help us troubleshoot:
- Have you checked the Review 360 item for hidden and resolved comments?
- Does clearing your browser's cache, or using a different supported browser still produce the same issue?
- Does the "out of memory" error and missing comments issue occur across all Review 360 courses, or just one specifically?
Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hi StevenBenassi,
thank you for you quick response and apologise my late one. I have tested and tested. It seems that this error occurs with large projects (200 mb and more).
To clarify: I know how to hide and show resolved comments. That's not the issue.
Clearing the cache and/or using different browsers (Edge, Chrome, Firefox) does not change the behaviour. I get the "out of memory" error in all of them, when I review and comment large SL-projects in Articulate Review 360.
