Is Rise 360 Down?
The status page shows that all services are live, but everytime I try to publish either to Review 360 or simply to SCORM, I get the attached error message.

I'm sorry for the trouble publishing your Rise 360 courses! There was a glitch in publishing, but our engineering team worked on a fix. Please refresh your browser and let us know if the issue is also fixed on your end. We're more than happy to assist further as needed.
