Is Rise down? Can't access.

I've been unable to access/load Rise the entire morning (Central Europe time zone).
What worries me is that on Articulate Status page there are no errors signaled: https://www.articula...
Still waiting! At least for some communication. We had the same problem last week when it was down for nearly an hour
