Is there a way to get the window.print(); script to work when the story is embedded in a website?

I have a story embedded on a website. Within the story I use the window.print(); script to provide the learner with the opportunity to print their results. I noticed this does not work when the story is embedded within a page, while it does work when it's accessed directly through a browser. 

Does anyone have any suggestions how I can get this print option (or a similar solution) to work while the story is embedded?
