Is there a way to merge learner accounts together that were accidentally duplicated in Reach 360?

We currently use SSO login and seem to run into a situation where we have a few learners who have multiple accounts on Reach 3...
Hi Ariana, thanks for your question! While there isn't a way for us to "merge" two Reach 360 learner records into one, we can update the old email address to the new address, then archive the duplicate user account.
