Is there a way to set the default animation duration time?

When you create animations on objects, the time defaults to .75 seconds. This is typically longer than I want a simple animation to go for and i usually drop it down to .50 seconds.

I was just wondering if there was a way to set the default time an animation starts at so I don't have to edit the duration every time i create a new animation?

Thanks!

Just chiming in to put my vote to include a "Properties" section to Storyline that would allow us to set our own values in place of the factory defaults.  Pretty common in other editing applications.

Come on Articulate - this is a 10 year old request!  How hard can it be to allow users to set a default value for animation duration, or if that is too hard to implement, just make Storyline remember the last value entered.  I can't tell you how many hundreds (probably thousands) of times I've had to edit this field to change this value because I want it to be something else....that I then usually leave as a constant for most of the project.  It would be really really good if Articulate could look over Storyline with a view to making quality of life improvements.  It just feels so antiquated.
