How large is the file size for the video you're trying to import?
We just released an update for Storyline 360, where one of the fixes we’ve included is:
Storyline 360 would generate an error after inserting a large video.
You can follow the step-by-step instructions here to update Storyline 360.
If this is not what you're experiencing, please share a copy of the .story file through a support case so we can help you troubleshoot.
