Hello Tin,

I was able to take a peek at the case Meg worked on with our team and it was specific to her file, so I do not have any additional information to share with you here.

With your permission, I'd like to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.

    Thanks, Leslie. The problematic file has been uploaded. I have actually completed this project using another tool, but if we could sort this out I would very much like to switch back to SL for the succeeding videos in this series.
