Issue: Rise Quiz Resulting First Attempt

Hi everyone, I am developing a National Programme which went live on Friday and we've noticed an issue which is causing us major problems.

Our completion mechanism for the Rise course is off a Knowledge Check at the end and it is set to unlimited attempts. However, if the user fails initially, and clicks the 'Take Again' button which appears after the score animation (without exiting the package), the LMS is only recording that initial failed score even if they pass.

If the user closes the package straight after failing, the LMS records that failed score as expected and if they start a new attempt and pass the LMS records the new Passed score which is correct.

The issue seems to be with that 'take again' button if its failed initially and retaken. For some reason it seems like Rise is caching the failed score and not updating it with any subsequent passes.

Is there someone from the team who can help please?

Correct answers are: Not Guilty, Not Guilty, Guilty, Guilty
