Issue with “Separate Packages” Output

Hi all, I published a localized course using the “separate packages” option, but it doesn’t run properly after export. The “single package” works fine. Anyone faced this before? Do the separate...

Hi seema167,

Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue.

Localized versions of your Rise 360 course should still work as is after publishing, without needing to do anything else besides uploading them to your LMS. Have you tried testing your localized versions in another LMS, like SCORM Cloud, to isolate if the behavior is isolated to your LMS? 

If you can replicate the behavior in SCORM Cloud, please open a case with our support team here so we can investigate why translating the course resulted in broken packages.

    Thanks so much for the quick response!
    I haven’t tested it in SCORM Cloud yet—that’s a good idea. I’ll try that next to check if the issue is LMS-specific.
    If I can replicate the problem there too, I’ll definitely open a support case as suggested. Appreciate your help!
