Issue with AI Voice Over – No Audio Track Generated
Hello, I’d like to report an issue with the AI voice-over feature in Rise. Today, it is not generating an audio track as expected. I’ve tried multiple times. It keeps showing Processing audio for hours, but no audio is produced.
Could you please look into this or let me know if there’s a known issue?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with the "Generate AI Audio" Block in Rise!
I haven't seen other reports of this behavior. Also, when testing on my end, the processing times were minimal. Everything was working as expected!
I have some follow-up questions to help us troubleshoot this better:
- Are you experiencing this issue across all supported browsers, or is it specific to one?
- Does clearing your browser's cache make an improvement?
- Do any other AI Blocks fail to generate content as well?

Thanks for reaching out. I experienced this issue in Chrome for a few hours, then switched to Edge. Since then, I've seen these issues again when using AI audio V3 (beta); however, 90% of the time, I can generate the audio. FYI, clearing my browser's cache didn't help. The other AI Blocks work fine; the issue only occurs when generating AI audio with V3 beta. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I greatly appreciate it!

I wish to provide more information. I chose Juniper with the v3 Model. This error occurs.
