Issue with connection timing of scorms screens through connectors

Hello everyone. We're posting this query on the forum because we have an issue with the timing of scorms generated with Storyline 360 ​​when used through connectors. What happens is that apparently the time of each screen is registered in moodle (or in any LMS platform) every 5 seconds. This does not happen with the original scorm, which records the time every second. The fact is that we have a client that asks us that the connector record the time just like the original scorm, that is, instantly and not have to wait on a screen for more than 5 seconds. From Articulate they tell us that it is an issue in which they do not have an answer since it is a technical problem that affects the LMS and not the authoring tool. Our connector provider tells us that this seems to be the case with newer versions of storyline.
