I had just installed the newest version of NDVA because I got a new laptop. I then tried using it without restarting my laptop and couldn't get it to work. Once I restarted the laptop, NDVA started reading the content. I was going to delete my post, but couldn't figure out how. Hopefully they sort out the issue for you.
