Issue with Result Screen Displaying Fail Despite 100% Score in Articulate (As of 2025/01/28)
- - Using the latest version as of January 28, 2025
- - The issue reproduces with both newly created and existing completed StoryLine files
- - When the number of questions is three or fewer, the result screen shows "Fail" even if the score rate is 100% and should be "Pass"
- - Pass/fail settings exist in two locations: "Each Storyline" and "Final Result"
- - Even files previously confirmed to work correctly show mismatched scores and result displays when previewed or published in the current version of Articulate
- - There is a bug where users actually pass (with a 100% score), but the result screen displays "Fail"

You should contact Articulate support directly at https://access.articulate.com/support/contact and provide an example course (the .story file) that this is happening in.
