Issue with Rise/LMS

Hi there,

I have made a bunch of courses using Rise 360. The completion settings are based on the quiz. However, we are finding that people are failing the quiz and their status changes to unsuccessful and the course moves into their course history in the LMS but we want the course to status to remain active in their learning history so they can re-take it. We don't want it to move to their course history if they fail.

Another colleague of mine made a Rise course and it's functioning this way and yet I have duplicated those settings but cannot seem to mimic the same behaviour in our LMS. 

Does anyone have any suggestions?
