Issue with Team Course Sharing
Hi Eric,
Thanks for helping out-
Thanks for helping out. I'm not sure why this is happening. have the seats assigned under account 1616577, but I'm also associated with another account, 1602311. The issue is with account 1616577—when I try to share courses via the team folder and select "Everyone," the staff members who have seats assigned aren't able to see the courses.
I believe my original account was 1602311, and when we purchased additional seats, a new account—1616577—was created.
Does this make sense?
Hi, BethWylie!
I see my teammate, Luiza, sent you a response in your support case on May 28th. Did you happen to receive it? If not, please check your spam/junk folder, and let us know here if you still need assistance!

Hi BethWylie!
Glad to see my teammates have been helping you!
I checked your support case, and it appears we never received your reply to Luizas' initial e-mail. Not to worry! It's possible that the network endpoints may need to be enabled. You might need help from your IT team on this! Please check if port 443 is open. If not, ask them to open port 443 and add the domains in this article to your organization's 'allowlist'.
Let me know how it goes!
