Hi Matt,
Could you also test this outside your LMS? That way we can isolate a bit further where the issue may be. You could use a site such as SCORM Cloud to test it - which is an industry standard for LMS Testing. Take a look at this article to get started.
Sorry for the delay getting back to you, I've been out of the office all week. I just tried this in Scorm Cloud and get the same results. Flash only...see screenshot.
