    Thank you for your response to my request for help!
    What I was able to do:

    • slightly compress the videos so as not to lose quality,
    • and when exporting the .story file to a .zip SCORM package, I deselected the adaptive media quality setting during playback in order to have fixed quality.

    In this way, I was able to get below the 262 MB limit.

I'm unaware of any additional settings, but 262MB from your LMS provider seems very restrictive. I assume all images have been 'saved for web'? I suppose you could potentially host the videos elsewhere and link to them?

I guess the only other thing I would do is take a look at the SCORM folder and identify the largest files, (SCORM Content > Assets).
