Issue with Transparent Background on Images

Hello! We create images in Canva and upload them into Rise. Many of these images have a transparent background. Until today, the background of these images showed as white. However, today, any image...

Here's my image PhilMayor​, but to the above points, even when I don't re-upload an image, but crop (within Rise) the same image as before, the transparent background shows as black (whereas before it showed as white). So, I think the issue is on Rise's end. Thanks for your advice!

    This is a bug with rise, any png that is cropped is being saved as a jpg with a black background. Hopefully this has been raised as an issue and will get fixed quick.
