Our product engineers are currently investigating this bug and working to replicate the issue on our end.
Would you be willing to share some of the affected image files with us to help us dig deeper into the behavior? If you prefer, you can send them privately in a support case.
SarahSampara-24, please feel free to upload your image files for Darrell in the existing case. We'll delete it when we're done testing.
