Issues Displaying Translated Content on Menu Slides
Hello,
I am running Storyline 360 v.3.74.30180.0 on Parallels (Windows simulator
for Mac) We are in the process of converting our file into LATAM (Latin
America Spanish) and found that the slides are not displaying titles
correctly. I have to write the beginning of the slide twice to get it to
display correctly in the menu... (see screenshot)
Is this a bug? Or is it something to do with the language? Is this because the developers of the translated course created the file in a different version of Storyline?
Hi Robin!
Sorry to hear you’ve run into this snag with translated slides in your Storyline 360 course. I’d be happy to help troubleshoot!
I just had some follow-up questions to get a better idea of your setup:
- If you update to our current version of Storyline 360 (version 3.75.30269.0) and test it again, are the titles still not displaying correctly?
- Have you tried importing the slides into a new project file to see if that helps?
- I would also like to suggest performing a repair of your Storyline 360 application to see if that improves behavior.
If none of that does the trick, would you be willing to share your project file here in the discussion or privately through a support case?
It would be helpful to test the issue on our end to see if we can reproduce the same behavior. We’ll delete it from our system once troubleshooting is complete!
