Issues in publishing a Articulate module
Hi all
I am facing an issue with Storyline 360. I am trying to publish a file on Review 360, but it is not publishing. i am getting an error. It is kind of frustrating to see this since my project review cycles are getting delayed.
The issue is as follows:
As I try to publish a file on Review 360, the progress gets stuck and after an hour or so, returns an error message (see file attached).
What could be a solution for this and is this a bug on the tool?

Hi,
I recently had an error when trying to publish to Review. I fixed it and perhaps this will work for you, too:
- Launch the Articulate 360 program on your computer. (Not Storyline)
- Sign out.
- Sign back in
- Go back into Storyline and attempt to republish.
This webpage on Diagnostics might help, too.
Hi AnirudhS!
Sorry to hear you're having trouble publishing from Storyline 360 to Review!
Great to see Kendal has been helping you. Checking our status page, I'm not seeing any downtime reported for either platform, so it's possible the issue is specific to your environment. Not to worry! I'm happy to help us troubleshoot and have some follow-up questions to start:
- Are you experiencing this error across all .story files you attempt to publish, or is the issue specific to one course in particular?
- Are you able to publish to other formats such as LMS, or Web, successfully?
- Is the course that fails to publish stored on your local hard drive? Working directly off of a network or shared drive can introduce unexpected behavior.
- Have you tried performing a repair of your Storyline installation?
Also, if you're comfortable sharing a copy of the affected .story file, we'd be glad to take a closer look and test it on our end. Feel free to upload that here in the discussion or privately through a support case.
Looking forward to hearing from you!

- Is the course that fails to publish stored on your local hard drive? Working directly off of a network or shared drive can introduce unexpected behavior.-- the files is stored on my local hard drive

Hi DellaHe!
Sorry to hear you're also having issues publishing from Storyline to Review 360!
Thank you for the feedback on the questions I shared earlier. Running a diagnostics report from the Articulate 360 app can help pinpoint any connectivity issues that may be causing this setback. Do you mind providing a screenshot of your diagnostics results?
If you'd prefer to share that privately, please do so through a support case.
