Issues in publishing a Articulate module

Hi all I am facing an issue with Storyline 360. I am trying to publish a file on Review 360, but it is not publishing. i am getting an error. It is kind of frustrating to see this since my project...

i also encountered the same issue. and below is my reply

 

  • Are you experiencing this error across all .story files you attempt to publish, or is the issue specific to one course in particular? -- I tried multiple files repeatedly, and my colleague did the same, all attempts resulted in the same error. 
  • Are you able to publish to other formats such as LMS, or Web, successfully? -- Yes, it's successful as LMS and Web.
  • Is the course that fails to publish stored on your local hard drive? Working directly off of a network or shared drive can introduce unexpected behavior.-- the files is stored on my local hard drive
  • Have you tried performing a repair of your Storyline installation?  --Yes. but it still doesn't work

    Sorry to hear you're also having issues publishing from Storyline to Review 360!

    Thank you for the feedback on the questions I shared earlier. Running a diagnostics report from the Articulate 360 app can help pinpoint any connectivity issues that may be causing this setback. Do you mind providing a screenshot of your diagnostics results?
