Issues in publishing a Articulate module

Sorry to hear you're having trouble publishing from Storyline 360 to Review!

Great to see Kendal has been helping you. Checking our status page, I'm not seeing any downtime reported for either platform, so it's possible the issue is specific to your environment. Not to worry! I'm happy to help us troubleshoot and have some follow-up questions to start: 

  • Are you experiencing this error across all .story files you attempt to publish, or is the issue specific to one course in particular?
  • Are you able to publish to other formats such as LMS, or Web, successfully?
  • Is the course that fails to publish stored on your local hard drive? Working directly off of a network or shared drive can introduce unexpected behavior.
  • Have you tried performing a repair of your Storyline installation?

 

Also, if you're comfortable sharing a copy of the affected .story file, we'd be glad to take a closer look and test it on our end. Feel free to upload that here in the discussion or privately through a support case.
