Issues uploading images to Rise

I'm having issues uploading images to Rise. The image uploads but then it sits and hangs at the processing stage before eventually timing out with an error. This doesn't always happen and...
I'm having the same difficulty of uploading images on Rise. I have restarted my computer, used different browsers but the problem is still there. I have submitted a ticket.
